30-Day Return Window
You can initiate a return within 30 days of your product’s delivery date, based on the delivery confirmation from the courier.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mysidebedding.com or use the Contact Us form on our website.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items
We kindly ask that the product is returned in its original condition, including all the original packaging.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note, your refund will exclude any shipping costs from the original purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
